Having spent my life in the professional service industry I have always found pleasure in satisfying customer needs and exceeding expectations. Throughout my career it has given me a keen eye on how to find the right people for various tasks. Not only did I practice these values myself, I also ensured my workplace was surrounded with others that did as well. Think many of us can relate to having a talent or passion of ours that we just don't get the opportunity to pursue due to our careers that we have fallen into. That is painting for me.
